5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch):

We ship worldwide, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is dispatched. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your Obligations for Returns/Exchanges:

• Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days of the delivery date.
