Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
We ship globally from our warehouse in Fresno, California, USA. We are proud to bring designer-inspired style to doorsteps worldwide*, though delivery to some remote regions in Asia and elsewhere may not be available. You can check specific availability at checkout.

What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two clear options:
1. Standard Shipping (Recommended): A flat fee of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. After 1-2 business days of processing, delivery takes 10-15 business days from shipment. Ideal for when you’re eager to start styling.
2. Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50, shipped via EMS. After processing, please allow 15-25 business days for delivery. Perfect for the savvy, patient shopper building their dream space piece by piece.
Why might my furniture order arrive in multiple boxes on different days?
To ensure the safest and most economical transit for larger items like Beds, Bookshelves, and Bedroom Benches, they are often shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each parcel, and they may arrive on different days. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the care of your items.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our cornerstone. If an item doesn’t fit your space or story as envisioned, you may initiate a return within

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene reasons, Bedding that has been removed from its original packaging may not be eligible for return. All other items in new, unused condition with original packaging are generally returnable. Please see our full policy for details.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
